The section describes FDFP Monitor mode expansion setting.
Select FDFP monitor button in solver tab to create FDFP monitor in Composite Viewer, and set Mode expansion tab in popped-up editing window.

To use FDFP monitor mode expansion module, check Enable mode expansion tab to enable this module.
Name | Description |

Enable mode expansion | Check this tab to enable mode expansion. |
Multi-frequency field | Allow solving mode distributions at multiple frequency points. It is recommended to check this tab in broadband simulation projects. |
Frequency points | Specify how many frequency points are used to calculate mode distribution. Increasing frequency points will increase simulation time. It is recommended to set fewer frequency points in initial check of simulation. |
